About the project

Develop With a Passion While Exploring The World.

The YOUTHWISE – Youth Work Innovation for Skills and Engagement project’s main aim is to improve the quality of youth
work by equipping youth workers with innovative tools and methodologies, raising their knowledge and enhancing their
abilities to support young people. Recognising youth workers’ vital role in improving young people’s futures, this project will empower them with different skills and approaches, along with providing access to suitable and up to date resources and opportunities to create more inclusive, practical and effective practices that are in accordance with today’s social and
economic reality.

The target group of the project are youth workers and the young people they work with, therefore the project is designed in a
way to ensure supporting them. Youth workers are the main focus of this project initiative since they are the ones who provide various opportunities, mentorship and guidance to young people. Therefore, it is essential to equip them with proper and better tools and knowledge which will lead to direct and long-lasting impact.
